Eligibility for Returns

You can return items within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@nexusdatadrives.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll respond with the next steps and return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 3 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
